Refund & Return Policy (0-Day Policy)

Due to the nature of FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) products, we follow a strict 0-Days Return & Refund Policy.

1. No Return & No Refund Policy

All products sold on Amrittulya.com are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Once an order is delivered successfully, no return, refund, or exchange request will be accepted.

This policy is in place to ensure hygiene, safety, and product integrity, as FMCG items are consumable in nature.

2. Exceptions (Only at the Time of Delivery)

A replacement or refund may be considered only if:

The product is physically damaged at the time of delivery
The product is expired on the delivery date
The wrong product is delivered
The product is missing from the order

⚠️ Important:

Issues must be reported immediately at the time of delivery or within 2 hours of delivery.
Requests raised after this period will not be accepted.

3. Proof Required

To process any exception request, customers must provide:

Clear unboxing video or images
Order ID and invoice

Without valid proof, no claim will be entertained.

4. Non-Eligible Cases

❌ Taste preference issues
❌ Opened or used products
❌ Delay caused by customer unavailability
❌ Incorrect address provided by customer
